Standard we work to
This site is built to target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which is also the standard referenced by Section 508. That target shaped concrete decisions in the build: text and interface colors are contrast-checked, every interactive element has a visible focus indicator, the page works at 200% zoom and in a single column, headings follow a real document outline, and a skip link is provided before the navigation.
Known limitations
Documents published as PDFs may not be fully tagged for screen readers. If you encounter one you cannot read, contact us and we will provide the content in an accessible format.
